Submission Policy concerning depositors, quality & copyright
- Items may only be deposited by academic staff of the institution, or their delegated agents.
- The administrator only vets items for relevance to the scope of the repository, and valid layout & format
- The validity and authenticity of the content of submissions is checked by internal subject specialists.
- No embargo policy defined.
- If the repository receives proof of copyright violation, the relevant item will be removed immediately.
Preservation Policy
- Items will be retained for at least 3 years from the date of deposition.
- The repository will try to ensure continued readability and accessibility.
- The repository regularly backs up its files according to current best practice.
- No withdrawal policy defined.
- Withdrawn items are deleted entirely from the database.
- Withdrawn items' identifiers/URLs are not retained.
- Changes to deposited items are not permitted.
- Errata and corrigenda lists may be included with the original record if required.
